Head Circumference Sizing:
Small - 45cm stretching to 50cm
Medium - 46cm stretching to 52cm
Large - 48cm stretching to 54cm
Extra Large - 50cm stretching to 55cm

How to Measure:
Elastic back can add up to 4-5cm to circumference of hat. 
Hat size is based on the circumference of the head. 
Using a tape measure, measure head just above eyebrows where the hat will rest, or you can use piece of string to measure, and then measure the length of the string with a ruler.  This will give you your head circumference to see which size will fit.
